Most custom orders move from sample approval to delivery in 22–30 days. Here's each stage, what we deliver, and where you decide.
Spec Consultation
You send your requirements: hair type, texture, cap construction, density, length, color, and quantity. If you have a reference photo or competitor sample, even better. Our product engineer reviews and confirms feasibility, suggests optimizations (e.g., "Swiss lace will hold up better than HD for your Nigerian market"), and sends a detailed spec sheet + cost estimate within 12 hours.
Sample Production
We build 1–3 sample units matching your approved spec sheet. Each sample is photographed from 6 angles and shipped to you via DHL Express. You inspect the hair quality, cap construction, lace transparency, density, color accuracy, and overall finish.
Production Confirmation
Once you approve the sample, we lock the spec sheet — it becomes the binding production standard. You confirm the order quantity, delivery address, and pay 30% deposit (T/T, PayPal, or Trade Assurance).
Bulk Manufacturing
Your order enters the production queue on a dedicated line. Our wig factory follows the locked spec sheet unit by unit. At 50% completion, we send QC photos and a progress report. At 100% completion, we send full QC documentation — every unit photographed before packing.
Final QC & Packing
Our 7-point inspection covers: hair density, knot sealing, lace trimming, color accuracy, cap fit, packaging integrity, and final photo documentation. Units that fail any checkpoint are rejected and remade — not shipped. Once cleared, units are packed per your instructions (standard or custom packaging if combined with private label OEM wigs).
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via your preferred method: DHL/FedEx Express (5–7 days), air freight (7–10 days), or sea freight (25–35 days for large orders). Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch. We handle export customs documentation.
Timeline based on full-custom OEM orders (20–200 pcs). Semi-custom orders are typically 5–7 days faster. Ultra-custom with European hair may add 7–10 days.
